Step It Up Challenge- November

This is a free challenge… to get you moving!!

Maybe you have heard the recent guidelines about walking 10,000 steps per day. How far is 10,000 steps anyway? The average person’s stride length is approximately 2.5 feet long. That means it takes just over 2,000 steps to walk one mile, and 10,000 steps is close to 5 miles. That is the average person, but let’s faces it, who wants to be average?

For the entire month, we will walk (or run) and wear a pedometer! We will strive for 13,000 steps a day. At the end of July we will have walked 200 miles! For some this will be easy, for others it will be quite a challenge.

Those of you who sign up for the challenge and actually complete it, will be put into a drawing for the grand prize of a 5 single servings of Chocolate Shakeology Packets! You must sign up with me before November. Contact me if you are interested!
